We take the protection of your data seriously and collect as little as possible. This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics tools, and does not embed content from third-party providers.

2. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. When you visit our website, the host processes on our behalf the data that is technically necessary to deliver the pages (see section 3). We have concluded a data processing agreement with the host in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing our website securely, reliably and efficiently.
3. Accessing the website and server log files
When you access the website, your browser transmits the following information to our web server for technical reasons:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file requested
- HTTP status code and amount of data transferred
- previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted
- browser and operating system used (user agent)
This data is processed solely to deliver the requested page. We have disabled the storage of access logs (log files) with our host. The data is therefore not stored in log files, not analysed and not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technical provision of the website.
4. Contacting us by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (for example your name, company, contact details and the content of your enquiry) in order to deal with your request.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. Our legitimate interest lies in responding to enquiries addressed to us.
We delete your data as soon as it is no longer required to deal with your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
On our contact page you can download our contact details as a vCard file. Apart from the technical data described in section 3, no further data is processed when you do so.
5. Storing your display preference
You can choose between a light and a dark display. When you use the toggle, your choice (“light” or “dark”) is saved in your browser’s local storage so that the website appears in your chosen display on your next visit. This information is not transmitted to us or to third parties and contains no personal data. If you do not use the toggle, nothing is stored and the website follows your operating system’s setting.
This storage is based on Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), as it is strictly necessary for the function you have expressly requested. You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.
6. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party services
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts, images and all other files are loaded exclusively from our own web server; no connections are made to third-party providers such as font or map services, content delivery networks or social networks.
The “Get directions” link on our contact page leads to OpenStreetMap. You only leave our website when you click this link; the OpenStreetMap Foundation is responsible for any data processing there.
7. Encryption
This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). You can recognise this by the padlock symbol and “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
8. Your rights
Within the scope of the applicable law, you have the right at any time to
- access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
Right to object
Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
